about

Sweep and Flex have been brothers in bass music for the best part of two decades now. From the early days of tearing down house parties and warehouse raves to genre-defying careers in various guises, it made perfect sense that Sweep had to do a big flip of ‘To Be Free’.

Sweeps hometown of Raglan, Aotearoa (New Zealand) may be a quaint seaside village but it’s residents know how to go hard in the surf and on the d-floor. True to form, this version strays from the cafe-esque slink of the original and transforms it into a beast of a bass bin rinser.
