Give it up for long time Shared Soul collaborator Mat Hoods!

Mr Hoods is originally from Lancashire in the UK but has found a new home in the garden city, Christchurch, New Zealand.

Although we are yet to meet IRL, Mat and I have many mutual connections. For his third remix for us he was excited to lay his hands on the stems for 'To Be Free'

Mats interpretation utilises more of the original Bilal acapella and features old mate Stingy Hooligan on sax. Serious good time vibes, a very tasty update indeed.

This one was a while in the making, but as the man said, you gotta allow time for the funk to ferment.
